R&B star Beyonce Knowles was reportedly approached to replace Amy Winehouse and record the theme song for the forthcoming Bond movie, Quantum Of Solace. Knowles became the favourite to record the title track after British singer Amy Winehouse was unable to perform her duties due to long-standing health issues. But it seems newlywed Knowles has lost her bid for the singing part, as Alicia Keys and Jack White (of bands The White Stripes and The Raconteurs) will record the theme for 'Quantum of Solace' reports Access Hollywood. The new track is called 'Another Way To Die' and was written and produced by White, who also performs on the drums in the theme song. It will be the first theme to feature a duet in James Bond history. 'Quantum of Solace' is due to arrive in theatres in November, but the soundtrack will be out October 28.
